• Profiling performance across the continuum of care through monitoring compliance with evidence-based medicine guidelines and delivering consistent outcomes analyses,
• Analyzing Novant employees' and their dependents' utilization of healthcare benefits to discover opportunities to promote optimal health while controlling plan costs, and
• Partnering with local employers in the design and execution of initiatives regarding their population's health and the health of our communities at large.
